Much bigger than I was expecting; my only concern is whether I'm going to run out of paint! Am enjoying doing it and feel sure that I'll be buying another, on a frame this time

I really enjoy doing these painting by numbers. I find it easier doing the ones that already come on the box frame, asthey are easier to handle when working on them, and of course to hang afterwards. The colours are good, though pale yellows/reds or whites need several layers to get a true colour.

This was much more difficult than I expected it to be. I also realized (and this is just personal preference) that the blues are so much less interesting to work with than pinks and greens (heart eyes), although the finished piece is rather stunning. If I had to rank this one on a difficulty or time it takes to complete scale, this one would be 8/10, and I think most of the others I've done were sub-5. I'm pretty sure I spent over 50 hours on this bookstore one, and another 50-60 hours on the pink bookstore.

The painting is almost too detail oriented with the tiniest spots to paint which almost take out the fun in painting as it is so time consuming to just paint one section. It took me an hour to paint the bottom row of the image and barely felt like I got anything done. I would suggest making the numbered areas a little bigger that it actually makes the painter feel like they are getting something done.

Slightly regretting not picking something smaller and simpler for my first attempt at PBN! The brushes that come with the set are useless, after one attempt I binned them and ordered a proper set from elsewhere. The canvas and paints seem to be nice quality although the pale colours are very difficult to cover the numbers even with several coats. It takes a surprisingly long time, and is very fiddly but I'm enjoying it.

My first paint by numbers and I am floored by how alike to the sample photo it looks! I certainly was no expert and made lots of mistakes and didn’t have clean lines but it looks so great. I had so much fun and I’m looking to do another. My only gripe is that a lot of the paints are quite translucent so you have to live with the numbers poking out or do several coats but from afar it does look nice

I paid for the frame, and the photos led me to believe the canvas and frame came fully assembled, but I had to put it together myself. I paid $15 extra for 4 pieces of wood and tacks.

I didn't consider how many tiny areas would be in this painting when I picked it. I needed to find a magnifying glass to identify a number in one area so it's taking me a lot longer to paint this than I had originally intended. That being said, it's fun. I'm still in the process of painting but looking forward to seeing the finished picture.

It took me awhile but finally finished it. So much fun. I love the colors in this one but the only thing I didn't like was it was very hard to see the borders of the spaces. I guess the pro to that was you don't have to worry about covering the lines but I did have to use a magnifying glass most of the time. Quality of the paint was good.

Arrived after a short time, everything good, appreciate the printed sheet with the numbers. Brushes not fantastic, but understandable. It's always a good idea to invest in good brushes. Paint seems to be nice and thick so better coverage.

I wish there were two packs of brushes and more of the lighter coloured paints. Number 12, for example, is a lighter yellow that needs a lot more layers to cover the numbers on the canvas than a darker colour, for example.
