Return and Refund Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within the legal reflection period.

Reflection Period and Return Conditions

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The reflection period starts the day after the product is delivered. For orders with multiple products, it starts from the moment the last product has been delivered.

Conditions for returns:

  • Original condition – items must show no signs of use and be returned in their original packaging.
  • Exceptions – personalised products, such as paintings made with your own photo, cannot be returned.

🚨 Important: Refusing an order at the door does not count as a valid return. In such cases the package will not be returned to us and we cannot issue a refund. Please accept your order first, and then return it properly.

Your return makes a difference

Send your unopened product directly to one of our charity partners. Instead of sitting in a warehouse, your return goes straight to meaningful programmes where it is needed most.

What happens to products sent to our charity partners?
Your brand-new, unopened paint by numbers kit will be used in:

  • Art therapy programmes at hospitals and care facilities, helping patients find peace and healing through creativity.
  • Community centres that provide creative activities for underserved populations.
  • Mental health and wellness programmes using art for stress relief and mindfulness.

2. Prepare your return

Pack the product carefully in its original packaging and ship it with a track & trace code to the chosen return address.

Responsibility for Returns

  • All return costs, risks and responsibilities lie with the customer.
  • Customers must use a track & trace service and share the tracking details with us by email. Without tracking details we cannot guarantee a refund. ⚠️
