Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 3.4 / 5 from 10 reviews.
Unfortunately AI got the better of us on this one. The photo of the painting is quite different than the actual product being sold. You can see the difference of colors between the listing and the actual painting. The art is also much, MUCH less detailed than what is shown in the product photo. Missing a ton of detail on the dragon, sky, and mountains. Haven’t finished the bottom part yet. Pretty disappointing that this was not represented accurately, and I would think twice before ordering from this company again.
Todo genial!
I'm about half way through this print and I'm incredibly disappointed. The colours are wrong, way too dark, and there is nowhere near the level of detail in the actual print compared to the image on the website. This poor quality makes me seriously consider not ordering from this website again.
Just started today and a bit disappointed about how the colors in the clouds are turning out. They are yellow and green and not white and gray as depicted in the product photos. The gray around the dragon is also off. It’s much darker in person and it’s a soft gray on the product page. So I’m not sure how this is going to turn out. Also one of the paint tubs arrived without a lid, so it was dry and there was splattered paint over the other colors.
Okay so this is my first paint by numbers and it was an experiment in attenuating expectations. The art on the website looks so nice and professional, ostensibly because it was painted by someone who knows what they are doing. When the art is reduced in such a way that even a talentless pleb like myself can do it… it definitely taps into uncanny valley territory. But when I think about it, this all kind of makes sense and is maybe what I should have expected in the first place. It’s been a fun experience painting with my boyfriend so I suppose that’s where the value really is. $50 though is overpriced for what I was expecting. This would have been more fairly priced at $25. I ordered the extra frame for the canvas and it’s one of those self-assembly situations. I have never assembled a canvas before like wtf. Anyway. B+ experience.
Bought for daughter, she loves it.
The paint colours did not match what I purchased
Looks good
Customer service was excellent. I have not started my project yet, but a few of the paint pots arrived damaged. Customer service was on it, getting replacement paint out to me within 24 hours! No fuss, no muss.
