Wasn't sure what I would get with the mystery kit, but i was pleasantly surprised! Very fun kit to paint.
Still a work in progress and actually harder than I expected in a good way. I discovered a magnifying light mirror is a game changer. This was my surprise with my order and I'm happy with the paint quantity and coverage so far. I did opt for a personal brush just because im picky but everything that came with the kit is really good quality
I absolutely love my surprise painting. I am taking it slowly and it's still work in progress. It is very satisfying to see the image appear in true colours and it is a great way to relax after work. I really like the quality of the canvas and paints. Coverage is great. By advice of PBN YouTubers I am adding a couple of drops of paint flow and it makes the paint go even smoother even for the tiniest strokes. I will definitely repurchase from diy artclub and I can't wait to get to my other paintings. Everything from shipment through packaging to brushes is super nice.
I loved this surprise painting and immediately started painting it. 🤭
Loved doing it
Very relaxing process 😌
Nice surprise ! Really enjoyed painting this projet ❤️
We did our painting during book club. It took longer than we thought it would. It was a great night.
Love these projects!!
I loved it super easy to follow
Very life like and true. Thoroughly enjoyed painting and result
Thus is a beautiful detailed piece- I’m taking my time and enjoying the time I spend
Very relaxing and a fun girl's night in activity, too!
A wonderful way to celebrate my birthday with friends, even my non-arty friend gave it a go and loved the experience. Our paintings are now pride of place on the mantel
Roligt och rogivande
This is the first time doing the number painting and it was a great experience. It really came out well. The only thing i noticed the number was so much visible even applying so many coatings.
Lovely mystery picture received and the colours are gorgeous!
J'adore
Still waiting on my kit. Ordered 2 months ago.
I never got it
I still really enjoyed the process of painting this, even though it was nothing I would pick. It was really cool seeing the forest come to life. I only gave it three stars because there are just so many areas where I just can't cover the numbers. And, this is not a painting I would necessarily hang up. But that is more of a personal preference. If this is your style, and you have a good trick for covering up the numbers, then this would be a great choice for you.
I haven’t started the surprise one yet but have done quite a lot of one that I ordered and I’m very happy how that one is going. I’ll put a photo of my progress so far wher you’ve made a spot for the surprise one.
Pleasantly surprised with the design. Took quite some hours as had to do at least 2 coats of each colour. Really enjoyed doing this though! Paint seems good enough quality. The brushes are small enough for detailing. Shame that some numbers are still visible under the lighter colours after 3 coats. Would buy again.
Really fun and relaxing, I can’t put it down!
It was such a relaxing and mindful experience! 🎨 I loved being able to slow down, focus on the little details, and disconnect from the everyday stress. Painting by numbers helped me feel calm and present in the moment. It was not just about the final result, but also about enjoying the whole process. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a creative way to relax and practice mindfulness! ✨
So pretty in teenager’s pink bedroom .
Difficult to cover numbers with some paints but it turned out well. Happy with the result.
Great way to relax. Plus got my daughter involved.
So far it's been perfect. It's made me discover I really love painting. I always had a feeling I would, but now I know for sure this would be my perfect hobby. The surprise painting I got was of Santa clause. Now, I'm not the biggest fan of the topic I am painting itself(not much into Christmas) but I still find myself excited to paint, just wanting to enjoy the process in general. Working on the finer details is my preference, and it's a great way to reduce screen time. Throw on some music, or an audio book, even a phone call, and just focus on the painting and the paints Infront of you
This picture is horrible.
I love it, and gave it as a gift to my niece who has a steadier hand than I do for the actual painting.
I am thoroughly enjoying this new hobby as it is so relaxing and good for the nervous system. My only disappointment was the choice of painting as it is a very specific theme. I would suggest adding some check-boxes for these surprise paintings to see what the customer might or might not be interested in 🙂
Very relaxing activity. I recommend this for overachieving workaholics who're trying to find a new hobby.
