Orders & Shipping
When you make a purchase with us, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS within minutes. If you haven’t received an order confirmation, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
1) You may have entered your email address incorrectly.
2) Please check your spam folder. The order confirmation may have ended up there.
3) The ordering process may not have been completed correctly.
As soon as we receive your order and payment, we will process your order, print the designs, and pack the accessories. Handing over your package to our supplier may take up to 10 days, but please note:
Once we have handed over your package to our supplier, we can no longer influence the delivery.
However, our logistics partner always does its best to ensure your package reaches you as quickly as possible.
If no other delivery time is indicated in the respective offer, delivery will take place after the completion of the product within 22 to 42 business .
For international deliveries (e.g., Austria, Switzerland), delivery will take place within 28 to 49 business days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of prepayment, after the date of your payment order).
Please note that products with your chosen design are unique pieces, and we need about 20 to 30 additional days to produce them. Also, please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
We know you would love to receive your order by tomorrow. Since we make each product individually for you, the process unfortunately takes longer with us. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Since we produce and print all our photos individually for you, delivery times may vary. Most photos are delivered within 4 to 6 weeks from the shipping confirmation. In very rare cases, the delivery time can extend up to 6 weeks — this may happen, for example, when there are a large number of individual photo orders, as we currently have only one graphic designer who needs to process each order for you.
Currently, it takes about 10 days before a photo is handed over to our shipping service provider.
As a general rule, it's enough to order 6 weeks before a given date. For added safety, it's best to order 8 weeks before the date you need the image/product.
Also, please don’t forget that during peak times like Christmas, both postal services and of course ourselves experience a much higher shipping volume compared to other times of the year. During these periods, delays are usually much more significant, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

All images are produced for you at the time of the order, and we receive a large number of orders every day.
On one hand, this is great because it shows that our images are popular, but on the other hand, it creates a very long queue for print orders. Additionally, the individual images need to be processed by our designer, which adds extra waiting time.
Currently, it takes about 10 days for your image to be passed to our shipping service, but we are already working on modernizing our printing machines and expanding our infrastructure to speed up the process.
Since this involves high costs that we do not want to pass on to you, we still need some time and appreciate your understanding and patience.
Don't worry – it's completely normal and common for the shipment status to update with a slight delay.
As soon as an order is handed over to the shipping service provider, meaning the product is put into production on our end, the customer will receive an automatic shipping notification.
The tracking number is therefore already temporarily available and gets updated once the shipping partner picks up the package. Please note that the shipment status on the customer's end may update with a few days' delay and is only a simplified representation of the complex production and delivery process.
If the status of your order hasn't changed for 7 days after the shipping confirmation (except for the desired designs), our supplier will need to initiate a search order. This can take up to 14 days.
The following reasons may explain why you haven’t received your package:
1.) The address is incomplete or incorrect.
2.) The package or packaging was damaged and needs to be rewrapped.
To find out who received your package, make sure the tracking status shows "delivered."
We've experienced that sometimes delivery drivers or postal workers forget to leave a pickup notice. In that case, please contact your local post office. You should be able to pick up your package there with your ID.
Another possibility is that one of your neighbors may have received the package on your behalf.
To meet high demand, we store our products in multiple warehouses. This is why the products are always packed and shipped individually. Even though we may send multiple packages, shipping costs remain free for you, even for large orders.
The following reasons may explain why the package has been returned to us:
1.) The delivery address is unknown.
2.) The storage period at the post office or packaging station has been exceeded.
3.) The recipient could not be identified.
In our online store, you'll only find items that we have in stock for you. It may happen that items, colors, or sizes with high demand run out quickly. Feel free to take a look – you're sure to find a top-quality replacement item in our selection.

Yes, in addition to the regular brushes that are sent with each photo, you can order a complete set of brushes here. Please note that this will cost you extra.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Given our relatively long shipping times, we recommend purchasing some affordable brushes from your local craft store, and we will gladly reimburse you 10% of the purchase price. Should you prefer, we are more than happy to send you new brushes, though please note that this may take between 2 and 6 weeks, as with other products. Thank you for your understanding.

Normally, any color should be enough to fully paint the image you ordered. Try not to apply too thick a layer of paint or use it in areas where it's not needed. If the color still isn't enough, please email us at info@diyartclub.com, and we will do our best to find a solution.
If the paint has dried out, try gently adding a few drops of water and mix it well. If it doesn’t work the first time, repeat the process until the color reaches the desired consistency.
Unfortunately, after a period of disuse, the paint can dry out despite being sealed tightly. It's best to work with the paint shortly after receiving it to avoid this issue.
No, like you, we don't like shipping fees. That's why we ship every order with no additional cost. Furthermore, each shipment comes with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
No, there is no minimum order amount in our online store! We are grateful for any order you place :)
If your address has changed, please inform us of your new address as soon as possible so we can update the shipping address before dispatch. If the goods have already been shipped, unfortunately, the change will no longer be possible.
We offer payment via PayPal, credit card, and online bank transfer (SOFORT). Upon request, we are also happy to process an order with advance payment. Simply send us an email at info@diyartclub.com for this option.
Exchange/Return
An exchange is, of course, possible! Please return the image in accordance with our cancellation policy.
If you would like to exchange your photo for another one, please include a note with your return briefly explaining this. Don’t forget to let us know which new photo we can send you.
Note: If you ordered a painting based on your photo, unfortunately, an exchange is not possible as the painting was custom-made for you and cannot be resold to another customer.

Yes, unfortunately, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. We send the goods to you free of charge, so we expect the return to be at your expense. Thank you for your understanding!

After choosing your design for the DIY paint-by-numbers, we send the ordered set to your home. The blank images already have areas marked by lines, which you can then color in with the corresponding colors. The numbering system determines in advance which color corresponds to each area of the canvas. You'll quickly see how well the colors match and harmonize beautifully together.
