I’ve found if I go too long on it my eyes get sore. 30 minutes is enough.

Nice quality, good brushes (3 included) some of the paints feel a little thick but fixed with a little water. Some colours need 2 coats but think it will turn out nicely once it's done.

Love this picture, especially the color palette. The paints are nice (not too thick or thin) and the canvas is smooth. My only complaint is the paint containers are hard to open. Several times I’ve gotten paint on my hands and completely dropped them while struggling to open.

The quality of the paints, canvas and brushes surpassed my expectations by far. I loved taking 30 minutes here and there throughout my day and sitting down to paint. The process brought me back to childhood but the result was fine art.

I'm almost finished with the pomegranate painting. I love the colors used for this painting. DIY was great with communicating when my package was shipped and updates on delivery. The kit included everything needed, which is a great bonus. I'm not an artist, but this painting makes me look like one. It has been a great outlet for relieving stress and doing something creative.

My first painting! I struggled to cover the numbers. I had to glob on the paint and/or paint several coats. Then I discovered acrylic white paint pens to mask out the numbers. Much better. And next time I’ll extend the painting over the sides of the canvas. I’m not thrilled with painting the edges black even with using painters tape. I spray varnished with Liquitex gloss. All in all I’m happy with my first painting! Looking forward to my next. I ordered a simpler one! Btw can’t u speed up the 2-3 week delivery time?

I loved doing this painting. Still have some finishing details to complete.....re-coat some of the larger areas where my brush strokes weren't perfect. Some of the red shades of paint were a bit dry, so I will re-coat those as well.

Loved this, the kit was so simple and easy to use and easy to follow and a really lovely activity that led to a stunning painting. Taking off one star because twice I struggled to get the lids off the pots causing me to spill the paint across the painting which I then had to cover up, once I worked out it wouldn’t happen if I opened it in the little plastic pouch they came in that wasn’t an issue anymore :)

Love the luscious design! Beautiful colors. It’s very fun to work on. Some of the numbers are very tiny and challenging to read. One of the paint pots was dried out. I added water to revive it. Other than those two small things, I am very pleased with the set.
